How you will make an impact:

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure the right quality is delivered to our customers by creating specifications, managing data, and handling deviations during production. You will drive continuous improvements with a cross-functional team and manage customer complaints and investigations. By assisting your colleagues, you will enhance product quality, impacting production metrics and yield efficiency. Our customers rely on you to ensure defect-free currency, supporting their economies. With safety as our top priority, you will help elevate our quality processes.

• Establish internal specifications and update technical systems.

• Responsible for creating and updating control plans per product.
• 
  
• Ensure that reference materials are available for upcoming productions.
• 
  
• Conduct investigations and create 8D reports with a focus on root cause, corrective, and preventive actions.
• 
  
• Analyze production outcomes and create follow-up documentation both internally and for the customer.
• 
  
• Strive for an improved quality level of the products manufactured in the factory overall.
• 
  
• Support product and process development work driven by other parts of the company.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

• Education: At least a 3-year university degree in engineering or equivalent
• 
  
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• 
  
• IT: Good knowledge of the Office suite
