Product Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about embedded systems and marketing? Do you enjoy turning complex technical concepts into engaging content? We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden and help communicate the value of IAR’s world-leading embedded development tools, empowering developers to achieve their goals with greater efficiency and precision.

About the role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on creating compelling marketing content that reinforces IAR’s position as a global leader in embedded software solutions. Your work will center on translating complex technical capabilities into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with developers and decision-makers across diverse industries.

You will write and refine a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, white papers, webinar scripts, and sales enablement content, showcasing the technical strengths and reliability of IAR’s products.

In close collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing teams, you will craft content that amplifies IAR’s portfolio, drives engagement, supports campaigns, and generates leads within key industries such as automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics.

Who are we looking for?

You have a passion for communicating solutions to solve complex customer challenges and drive meaningful business outcomes. You have the ability influence and motivate cross-functional teams to engage in activities that create impactful assets for embedded software engineering audiences and non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in software, embedded systems, or a technical industry.
• You have a good understanding of how embedded systems function at a system level and can effectively combine that knowledge with marketing expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
• Experience in digital content creation, including campaign messaging, blog posts, white papers, and webinar scripts.
• Ability to tailor messaging for different personas and adjust marketing materials accordingly.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and are used navigating in a global setting.
• Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Comfortable presenting and engaging in digital events, such as webinars.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Experience with CMS and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce
