About the Role
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and business-oriented Talent & Sourcing Strategy Manager to develop and implement WirelessCar’s talent strategy, ensuring long-term business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the company remains competitive in the global tech market, securing the right talent and capabilities to drive future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement WirelessCar’s talent strategy to secure business capabilities.
- Conduct organizational readiness and risk assessments related to talent availability.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Business Strategy teams.
- Lead and optimize the Contingent Workforce program in Sweden, including supplier negotiations, contract management, compliance, and KPI follow-ups.
- Drive global sourcing processes and develop future-focused talent strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, positioning WirelessCar as an employer of choice for top IT talent.
Your Profile
- Experience in talent and sourcing management within the IT sector.
- Background in HR, Procurement, or Business Development.
- Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
- Strong communication & leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of contingent workforce management.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
