We’re on the lookout for an experienced and results-driven Category Manager to take our customer's Moped/MC-Scooter Parts & Accessories category to the next level. As a key player in their e-commerce team, you’ll own and develop the category’s strategy, product assortment, supplier relationships, pricing, and marketing initiatives – all with a focus on driving growth and profitability. This role calls for someone with a sharp analytical mindset, deep market insights, and a genuine passion for creating outstanding customer experiences!


What You’ll Do:

  • Create and execute a clear strategy for the Moped/MC-Scooter Parts & Accessories category with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing, favorable terms, and exclusive deals.
  • Plan inventory levels to minimize overstock and avoid stockouts as well as collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and take action to improve underperforming products or subcategories.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Optimize category pages and product listings to deliver top-notch customer experiences and maximize search visibility.
  • Ensure product images and information are high-quality and accurately presented across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze category performance using key metrics such as sales, margins, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to senior management on category performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Use customer feedback to refine the product offering and improve the shopping experience.



What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the expert on quality standards and certifications specifically in textiles.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on exciting new textile product developments and related gear of other materials.
  • Oversee CE certifications: from applications to approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with EU regulations by keeping all documentation up-to-date.
  • Manage creation of Declaration of Conformity (DoC)
  • Act as the primary contact for suppliers to address quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Guarantee correct labeling and clear instructions for all textile products.
  • Investigate quality concerns, analyze customer feedback, and resolve product claims.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance Coordinator to conduct product inspections.
  • Embrace new processes and consistently pursue learning opportunities.



Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or in other relevant fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in category management, product management, or a similar role – ideally in e-commerce or retail.
  • Must be a passionate MC or MC-Scooter rider! Knowledge of MC or Moped/MC-Scooter parts is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Terms of employment:

This is a recruitment starting ASAP. Be advised that this position is for a six month based consultancy followed by a direct recruitment by the company. The position is full-time (100%) and will be based at our clients office in central Stockholm.
