Your Role as a Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients across target industries.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, ensuring clients see the measurable value Iver brings to their business.
  • Develop Tailored Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to design IT solutions that solve client challenges and align with their strategic goals.
  • Exceed Expectations: Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, consistently delivering high performance.
  • Become an Industry Expert: Stay ahead of trends and challenges in industries like Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, and more to effectively support your clients.

What You Bring

You’re a natural relationship builder, driven by results, and passionate about delivering value. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven Success in Account Management: A track record of managing and growing key accounts, with experience in IT Managed Services, Cloud, or related solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A talent for understanding client needs and delivering innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge and insights into at least one of our focus industries – Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail, Professional Services, or High-Tech.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets while delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex solutions and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Resilience and Determination: A strong drive to succeed and the tenacity to overcome challenges.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
