About the Role

Visit Group is seeking a strategic, innovative, and highly skilled Group Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPT Officer) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS company in the tourism industry. This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to shape the future of our product and technology strategy while working at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience.

As the CPT Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving Visit Group’s technological innovation and ensuring alignment between our product vision and business objectives. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, spearhead product development, and oversee the execution of cutting-edge SaaS solutions that empower the global tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Product and Technology Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of Visit Group’s long-term product and technology strategies to drive growth and scalability.
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and deliver business value.
  • Champion customer-centric innovation, focusing on enhancing user experiences (UX) and addressing the evolving needs of the tourism industry.
  • Define and implement a robust technology roadmap that supports global expansion and creates long-term value.

2. Technical Expertise and Innovation

  • Utilize cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to build, scale, and manage Visit Group’s SaaS solutions.
  • Drive API ecosystem development, enabling seamless integrations and partnerships across the tourism sector.
  • Leverage data-driven technologies, including AI and machine learning, to create innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of Visit Group’s high-traffic SaaS platforms.

3. Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in product development and technology.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to achieve Visit Group’s strategic goals.
  • Drive organizational transformation and innovation in an agile, fast-paced SaaS environment.

4. Industry Expertise

  • Use your understanding of the tourism and travel industry to design products that meet the needs of both businesses and consumers.
  • Stay ahead of global trends and adapt technology to diverse markets and cultural contexts.
  • Prior experience with tourism-specific systems, such as hotel management platforms, booking systems, or destination marketing solutions, is highly desirable.


Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience leading product and technology strategies for SaaS solutions, preferably within the tourism or travel industry.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API ecosystems, and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen to balance technical innovation with strategic business objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and technological transformations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
