About the position:
As part of our team, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. You work both independently and in a team and ensure that cases are resolved within specified timeframes. Good communication with internal and external contacts is crucial to ensure high customer satisfaction and that the project's goals for response time, handling time and resolution rate are met. You will also participate in necessary training to continuously improve your skills.
