Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Agent to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Troubleshoot and install systems primarily in a Windows environment.
  • Resolve both hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and register cases using the company’s case management system.
  • Provide support for Office applications (O365), Windows 7/10, Outlook, and network-related issues, including TCP/IP.
  • Administer authorizations and rights in Active Directory.
  • Deliver support via phone, remote tools like TeamViewer, and on-site assistance.

What you bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk or 1 year of experience combined with IT training.
  • Strong computer skills and a demonstrated interest in IT.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with case management systems and troubleshooting Office applications (O365) and Windows environments.
  • A meticulous and responsible approach, with a strong passion for troubleshooting and teamwork.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • An interest in problem management.
  • Knowledge of IP telephony systems, particularly Cisco.
