As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems and components to meet project requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and project engineers, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and layouts using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar).
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Perform calculations for load analysis, voltage drop, and circuit protection to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct prototype testing and validation to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including list any relevant standards, e.g., IEEE, NEC, IEC].
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during development and manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in electrical design engineering, preferably in specific industry, if applicable].
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical components, systems, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with PLCs, control systems, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with renewable energy systems or high-voltage applications.
• Certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent.
