Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive SW Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead software development activities, including software design, requirements development, requirements management, analysis, and verification through unit tests, HIL, and bench testing.
- Plan, manage, and track requirements changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee error management, risk management, and supply chain management within the scope of software projects.
- Collaborate with development teams across Sweden, India, Germany, and Poland, as well as internal project managers, to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive the use of software configuration management tools and change management tools to support project delivery.
What you bring:
- Over 15 years of professional experience, including extensive expertise in software development for the automotive industry.
- A degree in MSc.
E/D/IT/Z, BSc., or equivalent.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Documented experience in C/C++ programming, object-oriented development, and embedded software development.
- Strong knowledge of software testing and verification processes.
- Proficiency with software configuration management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion) and change management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to contribute to projects effectively within a short time frame.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in radar or vision development for active safety functions.
- Familiarity with safety analysis and development under ISO 26262.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Generic expertise in AUTOSAR, serial communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and debugging embedded systems.
- Experience in AUTOSAR configuration and development.
