Location: Stockholm

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Nordic Region, Market Strategy and Plans in the Nordics
  • Sales Budget including Sales Pipeline, Order Intake, Revenue Realization and Cash-In.
  • Working together with existing partner accounts to grow our joint business and ensure customer success.
  • Setting up a structure/blueprint for how to drive partner sales in other regions beyond Nordic.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments and provide analysis and commentary on trends.
  • Identifying potential partners and establishing lasting business relationships
  • Develop and implement initiatives to generate new opportunities or grow existing partnerships
  • Tracking and measuring key metrics to ensure Sales Budget and KPI alignemnt
  • Evaluate the results of partnerships and make adjustments to achieve objectives
  • Lead proposal writing and sales pitches
  • Lead the negotiation and draft partnership agreements, and ensure that terms are aligned with sales budget and business objectives.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Min 5 years’ experience from sales and business development positions.
  • Experience in sales with complex technical products, preferably in the Residential power supply and/or home energy storage field.
  • Technical savvy in the field of Residential energy storage and home decarbonization.
  • Proven track record in sales development and account management as well as leading a sale organization.
  • Experience of analyzing and qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Leaderschip experience.
