Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader/Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Plan and support test activities in one or more sub-projects as a senior test leader.
- Ensure that tests align with the test strategy and meet desired quality standards.
- Design and implement tests within an agile framework.
- Coordinate testing efforts between IT and business units.
- Document and manage test processes using Jira and Confluence tools.
- Monitor test status, track progress, and generate test reports.
- Participate in test forums, focusing on continuous improvement of test processes.
- Lead and manage a team of testers in creating and executing test cases.
- Oversee and coordinate bug fixes to ensure efficient resolution.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a senior test leader, with a strong background in test planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for test documentation and coordination.
- Comprehensive understanding of agile test methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD processes, along with expertise in manual test case development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and managing test teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present and convey information at various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with the Swedish payment market and regulatory requirements for permit-based businesses (advantageous).
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and long-term approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust within teams and with stakeholders.
- Interest in technology and a structured, communicative approach to managing dialogues with suppliers and internal teams.
