During these last shivering days of 2024 we are looking for an experienced scientist within Microbiology who is available for a shorter (duration of 3-5 months) assignment.

We would dearly welcome an experienced and preferably also a leader with profound experience and competence within microbiology - background within functional foods is a merit.

Your tasks would be:

-Lead and develop ‘Discovery & Preclinical Researchdepartment to create a high-performing team with a shared vison.

-Together with Senior Director R&D, promote people development to foster personal growth and maintaining highlevels of creativity and credibility

-With onset in profound understanding of microbiology, drive for scientific excellence and high-quality research

-Timeline planning, ensure milestone deliveries, resource allocation, risk management and cost/benefit analysis.

-Act as a technical spokesperson for the Discovery & Preclinical Research department.

We need you from January 2025 and three to five months into 2025.
