As part of this journey, we are building a team of innovative thinkers and skilled professionals to address client requirements and shape the future of consultancy assignments.

The Role: We are seeking dynamic IT Development Consultants who excel in backend, frontend, or full stack development. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, while also contributing to the growth and success of H Sustain’s new consultancy model. Additional experience in DevOps, project management, or Scrum will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable applications and systems.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the continuous improvement of development practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in IT development (backend, frontend, or full stack).
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus skills:
• DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in project management and/or Scrum methodologies.
