About this opportunity:
Welcome to an exciting opportunity at Ericsson as a Supply Chain Planner. This role requires you to be in control of both long-term and short-term demand and supply planning. You will be preparing and facilitating the SandOP process, constructing and analyzing multiple scenarios involving cost and risk for planning reconciliation. This essential function aids strategic decision-making for stakeholders. Your responsibility extends to creating an optimized supply plan each month, ensuring targets of lead-time, delivery precision, cost, and capital are met efficiently.
What you will do:
- Implement and execute planning principles and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure correct and updated data in systems.
- Initiate improvements in the process based on strategic priorities.
- Operate and own the segmentation model, developing statistical calculations and models.
- Execute supply chain optimization and propose tool/capacity investments.
- Provide in-depth supply capability and consequence analysis, presenting improvement proposals.
- Facilitate the SandOP process, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts, sales opportunities, and product roadmaps.
- Execute supply and production plans collaboratively, analyzing cost, and business implications.
