Looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely in a sunny paradise? As a Norwegian-speaking customer service agent, you will assist customers via phone, email, and social media. Whether it’s solving technical problems or answering queries, your role is essential in providing excellent service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels – phone, email, and social media. The job is primarily focused on handling queries in Norwegian, and you’ll be collaborating with your international team via chat and communication systems. Whether you’re troubleshooting a technical issue or providing solutions, you’ll be playing a key role in ensuring customer happiness.
While you can work from home in Greece, you’ll need to be fluent in English to communicate with your colleagues. Training will be provided, and all equipment, such as headsets and laptops, will be sent to you.

Upon receiving your job offer, your flight to Athens will be booked and paid for. You’ll stay at a hotel for the first two weeks, with everything paid for. During this time, HR will assist you with the necessary administrative processes such as setting up a bank account, healthcare, and tax registration. Plus, a real estate agent will be on hand to help you find a permanent home.

Requirements:
Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written).
