We are now looking for two Business Analysts to join our customer team as a consultant.
As a Business Analyst, you will lead the requirements work and guide other Requirements Analysts. You will mentor fellow Business Analysts and Requirements Analysts throughout the assignment and also educate Operations staff in the field of Requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the requirements work is well-structured and aligns with the needs of the initiative.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Managers, to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional specifications and system requirements. If necessary, you will also write technical requirements, such as protocol specifications.
You will take charge of coordinating and driving refinement work, and you will communicate with stakeholders at all levels—from business and operation experts to Product Management, architects, development teams, QA, and subject matter experts—to define requirements and scope. Additionally, you will manage requirements throughout the entire product life cycle.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Experience working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across various areas.
- A technical background (technical education and/or experience working as a developer or tester), ensuring you can understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines.
