Location: Solna, Stockholm Employment Type: Full-time, Consultant Assignment Duration: 12 months, with good potential for extension We are now looking for a consultant to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry for the role as Process Risk Assessment (PRA) Manager. This is a 12-month assignment with a strong potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a global and innovative environment. In this role, you will play a key part in driving market access strategies and managing critical relationships with healthcare authorities and stakeholders. Responsibilities Market Access • Maximize opportunities for the company’s products by aligning payer strategies with business objectives. • Provide valuable environmental insights to anticipate and address future customer needs. • Support the development of value propositions and payer strategies for selected products. • Lead PRA aspects of the customer planning process. • Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Project Management • Develop and maintain project plans for HTA submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Organize and lead internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and collaboration. • Prepare business cases for pricing committees and support real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives. Liaison with Authorities • Serve as the technical expert on requirements and processes for TLV, Swedish regions, and relevant agreements. • Coordinate and respond to inquiries from HTA bodies, consolidating expert feedback as needed. • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and provide accurate scientific product information in submissions. Your profile • Proven experience in Market Access, HTA processes, and project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. • Solid experience in similar tasks and responsibilities as those described above. • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a complex environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of Swedish healthcare authorities and processes is an advantage. • Fluency in English (required) and Swedish (preferred), both written and spoken.
