The position

Are you passionate about software, healthcare and enjoy helping others? Join our team as an Asspcoate Support Specialist, where you'll make a real difference for our customers by ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will do

  • Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ITSM tools
  • Provide hands-on support for e-health applications, ensuring a seamless operational experience for users
  • Understand and empathize with users’ situations, ensuring they feel heard and supported

About you

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A friendly, customer-focused individual who genuinely enjoys helping others and making them feel valued.
  • Someone eager to learn new tools, applications, and techniques to continually improve support services.
  • An interest in software and a desire to grow your technical knowledge.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • A responsible and team-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate and achieve shared goals.
  • Experiencefrom customer support

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope: Full time, weekends and on call duties are included in the position

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
