The opportunity
We are looking for a HSE Specialist to join our HSE Team in Breakers Ludvika.
You will be ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance are documented, monitored and developed.
The job is primarily environment-related, but it is important to be able to work as a team with both health, safety and environment.

How you´ll make an impact
- Promote a strong health, safety and sustainability culture acting as a coach and advisor toward the supervision team concerning HSE management.
- Identify, develop, provide and track training needs.
- Manage and conduct various audits.
- Assist in up skilling the organization regarding risk assessments and risk mitigation techniques.
- Conduct incident investigation process and ensure the appropriate follow-up.
- Ensure HSE data is compiled and entered in the respective digital tools as required in a timely manner.
- Follow up HSE goals and requirements to help the organization towards achieving all KPI´s as well as target and objectives.
- Support the organization in all HSE related questions.
Your background
- Previous experience in HSE and knowledge of identifying and managing HSE matters.
- Knowledge in ISO 45001, 14001 and 50001 certifications.
Experience in certification and maintaining certification preferred.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Knowledge in Swedish health, safety and environment legislation.
- Environmental education is seen as a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- You are a team player with strong work ethics.
- Self-driven and persistent attitude towards challenges.
You work actively and professionally both independently and as a part of a team.
