Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Excellence Specialist – Non-Conformance Management to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and clarify processes, tools, and associated training materials.
• Coordinate and manage NCC cases in collaboration with existing resources.
• Support operations in conducting root cause investigations to address non-conformance issues.
• Drive and ensure the implementation of improvements based on root cause findings.
• Analyze and compile NCC data to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives within the Business Excellence department.
