About the Role

As a line manger in Connected Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams’ success by fostering an environment that encourages personal development and growth. By setting clear expectations, offering constructive support, and empowering employees to take ownership of their development, you help both individuals and teams reach further. Your coaching skills are essential in guiding employees through challenges, helping them build confidence and improve performance over time.

You will take on the exciting responsibility of leading a dynamic team of employees and consultants based in Sweden, overseeing their work and ensuring seamless collaboration across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop employees and provide support for career development.
• Support the teams in their journey to becoming high-performing.
• Communicate, ensure understanding, and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar's goals and objectives.
• People management and recruitment, ensuring we have the right competence and resource availability.
• Encourage a 'Dare to Do It' attitude, foster a mentality of collaboration and ownership, support a creative mindset, and allow your colleagues to be themselves.
• Working with building and strengthening our culture.

We believe you are genuinely interested in people and have experience in leading software development teams and individuals. You have a strong interest in building a trusting workplace, fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration. You also show great leadership skills, have excellent collaboration skills and a drive to get things done. You are curious and interested in helping to lead WirelessCar into the future.

Additionally:

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and guiding individuals.
• Experience of DevOps, Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to lead yourself and to adapt your approach to different people, team constellations and maturity stages
• Fluent English, in both speech and writing
