Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Advanced Key User (SD/CS ECC) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support operations in Sales and Delivery processes (SD/CS), including SAP objects such as Notifications, Quotations, Sales Orders, Service Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, and Invoices.
• Provide solutions and guidance for changes to existing processes to support project needs.
• Report issues by creating error notifications for SAP IT.
• Submit and manage Change Requests for necessary developments or adjustments.
• Update and maintain instructional materials and process documentation.

What you bring:

• Expertise in SD/CS within SAP ECC, with a strong understanding of processes, configurations, and related tables.
• Service-minded approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assimilate and apply knowledge from documentation effectively.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in SD/CS processes, is a significant advantage.
