Your role Saab Aeronautics is now looking for an experienced and driven leader to join our team in a key role as Fighter Production Program Manager! This is a central role in leading and structuring complex projects and programs, with a strong focus on both technical and commercial success. In this role you will be responsible for securing and coordinating activities to ensure seamless deliveries between Saab and our partner Embraer, and align efforts to optimize production flows. Your responsibilities include monitoring and updating KPIs within production and material supply, preparing decision-making materials and reports for the Executive Core Team Meetings, and contributing to commercial success by understanding market needs and aligning them with customer requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and driving team engagement to achieve common goals, ensuring both operational efficiency and collaborative success. Other key responsibilities include: * Coordinate activities to ensure timely and effective deliveries between Saab and Embraer. * Prepare decision-making reports for the Executive Core Team in collaboration with your counterpart at Embraer. * Monitor and update KPIs related to production and material supply. * Drive and develop operative meetings between Saab and Embraer. * Follow up on delivery schedule and milestones Your profile We are looking for a goal-oriented individual with a strong ability to motivate and engage colleagues and other stakeholders. You thrive in complex environments, combining excellent organizational and structural skills with a solid business mindset. Building and maintaining long-term relationships comes naturally to you, and your collaborative approach fosters trust and alignment both internally and with external partners. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and proficiency in Portuguese is always a plus. We believe you have: * Proven track record of leading projects or line operations in complex technical environments. * Strong commercial acumen and ability to align technical operations with business goals. * Experience in leading and coordinating collaboration with external partners while maintaining long-term relationships. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
