We’re looking for an exceptional Head of EV Experience Product Management to set the strategic direction, champion innovation, and drive profitability in a rapidly evolving global market. Your role!As Head of EV Experience Product Management, you will:

• Define the Strategy: Develop and communicate a forward-thinking product vision and roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives. Anticipate future market needs by analyzing trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors.
• Lead the Team: Inspire and manage a cross-functional, global team of product managers, business developers, and partnership managers. Foster agile practices, encourage proactive problem-solving, and empower your team to drive results.
• Scale Innovation: Transform concepts into globally scalable and profitable offerings. Guide products through their entire life-cycle—from idealization to global launch—while ensuring long-term growth and market relevance.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with engineering to align product strategy with technical capabilities. Allocate R&D resources effectively to validate ideas and ensure return on investment.
• Drive Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships within the automotive R&D ecosystem. Leverage your network to explore new opportunities, enhance product offerings, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive Pricing & Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies that reflect market conditions and optimize revenue while maintaining a competitive edge. Set revenue targets for EV Experience solutions, monitor financial performance, and adjust plans based on data-driven insights. Ensure pricing decisions enhance profitability and strengthen market positioning.

What We’re Looking For

You are a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a decisive leader ready to thrive in a dynamic global environment.

Experience:

• 10+ years in product management or strategic business development, with at least 5 years in a global context.
• Proven success in taking complex automotive or EV products from concept to global scale with robust profitability.
• Established networks within R&D and the automotive sector, with experience forging innovative partnerships.
• A history of contributing to management teams, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving business objectives.

Expertise:

• Deep understanding of automotive market trends, EV technologies, and evolving customer needs.
• Mastery of agile methodologies and adaptive product development processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills to shape pricing, optimize revenue, and guide product strategy with data-driven insights.

Leadership:

• Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams, fostering agility and high performance.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of earning buy-in at the executive level.
• Results-oriented, with a strong business focus, urgency, and organizational acumen.

Education:

• A degree in engineering, economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
