Your role and responsibilities

Are you a service-minded professional with a natural instinct for customer care? We are excited to welcome a dedicated Management Assistant to our skilled and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our organization running smoothly, offering invaluable administrative and operational support to our managers and colleagues.

As a Management Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, focusing on facilitating personnel administration and ensuring seamless day-to-day processes. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, cooperative, and passionate about delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to managers and team members.
• Assisting managers with personnel management, expense handling, and invoicing.
• Coordinating and maintaining schedules, including organizing and managing management meetings.
• Planning and supporting training sessions, events, and official visits.
• Managing orders for hardware, software, system access, and other tools via MyIS.
• Placing orders for workplace essentials, from equipment to catering needs.
• Assisting in preparing weekly and monthly reports.

In this role, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Unit Manager and become an integral part of a collaborative and high-performing team. If you are organized, service-oriented, and eager to make an impact, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications for the role

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience within administration, support, project assistant or similar.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently.
• Positive and proactive approach, with a high level of “problem-solving” mindset.
• High level of integrity and responsibility (discretion and confidentiality).
• Strong attention to details with the ability to work independently and to manage own daily schedule.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Solid knowledge of the MS Office tools, knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
