Would you like to have an important role in analysing and visualising Financial Crime Data? We are looking for a Business Analyst to develop Financial Crime Reporting within Nordea and support our stakeholders with data overviews.

About this opportunity
In Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) we work with implementing impactful best practices to secure we are able to monitor, manage and mitigate financial crime risks in Nordea.
The job opportunity is open in the Financial Crime Risk Data Development team. We add value by playing a significant role across several segments and business areas in providing timely and insightful reporting while enhancing Nordea’s Control Environment as part of our Financial Crime Strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
* Contribute to Financial Crime Reporting for Nordea Group.
* Drive development and maintenance of Financial Crime Reporting through data and visualisation tools.
* Support stakeholders by providing ad hoc data analysis in regards to different areas of Financial Crime.
* Improve existing solutions to be more efficient in terms of automation and self-service focused.
Our team is working specifically with Operational Reporting for Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions Investigations and the role will be based in Finland, Sweden, Poland or Estonia.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have good collaboration, communication and technical skills.
* Drive independently the design, development and implementation of analytical solutions within Financial Crime.
* Can produce and automate self-service reports and dashboards.
Your experience and background:
* Experience in working with stakeholders to collect requirements, plan prioritized input and deliver according to expectations.
* Solid experience in handling big Data.
* Have technical skills (SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate or similar) and experience with data analysis and visualisation tools.
* Demonstrable understanding of data management framework and confident with knowledge sharing and documentation of data.
* Fluent English is essential.
