Customer Activation is a unit with the global Sales function of the H&M brand, set up to create a strategic plan that brings our brand direction to life through our different touch points – from communication with our customers, to our membership program. Using data and customer insights, the main goal is to ensure a holistic customer experience.
A crucial project to bring this strategy to life is to establish streamlined processes for goal setting, budgeting, and analysis in the areas of customer activation, loyalty, brand development, and media performance within the region to Global and Global to Region.
We are now looking for a CA & Media Controller to drive this project, “Customer Activation & Media Process Implementation”.
This is an excellent opportunity to drive a global project within a key area, working very close to and reporting directly to Global Head of Customer Activation Robin Leijonhufvud as well as being a key player in the extended leadership team of the function.

To be successful in the role as CA & Media Controller, we believe that you have strong analytical skills and ability to structure data. This is a fulltime permanent position based in our head office in Stockholm, Sweden. This role will report directly to Robin Leijonhufvud, Global Head of Customer Activation.
