Senior Customer Success Manager @ Quiddly

You will be responsible for cultivating & deepening relationships with our current clients.

You will lead and manage our client portfolio with the expectation of building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
In this role, you will take ownership of key client projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery on time and within scope.
The role requires a balance between client engagement, project management, an operational mindset, and market data analysis to ensure that we are consistently meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients.
What you will be doing:
- Build and gain client trust to create strong and lasting relationships
- Organize and lead projects both internally and with our customers
- Responsible for the onboarding of new clients, setting expectations of deliverables, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch
- Establish robust project management processes, driving efficiency and leadership in every step of the projects
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product and roadmaps (be the voice of the customer)
- Strive to steadily increase customer satisfaction, develop new ideas and push the boundaries of our customer’s mindset
- Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the client’s needs, market trends and industry challenges, to meet client goals
- Advise clients on best practice business solutions and strategically manage the relationship using a consultative approach to present Quiddly’s offerings
- Accountable for follow-up internally to ensure action on client feedback is taken and hold teams accountable on a cross-functional basis
- Educate and update our customers on new features and releases.
- Identify new or upsell/cross sell opportunities together with the team.
- Cross functional cooperation internally with the sales, product, tech and solution engineering team to solve business challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Work with marketing team to develop and maintain meeting decks, email templates, feedback tracking, and handbook/workbook processes
Who are you?
To be successful in the role of Senior CSM you will need:
- Minimum 3+ years of developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager within the IT field, looking to grow into a project management role, or experience as a consultant or project manager with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Experience managing large and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from case handlers and developers to C-level executives, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Experience working with relevant project management tools
- To speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
Bonus if you have:
- Previous experience within Finance or Fintech
- A university degree
