Join Our Team We hold a globally leading position in Underground Drilling Products and are investing significantly in technology and product development to stay competitive. Our focus is on embracing the ongoing technological shifts in our industry: electrification, digitalization, and automation. Your Mission In this role, you will lead and nurture the Carrier & Integration team, responsible for the design and development of our underground drill rigs' carrier platform. Your team will manage the global platform responsibilities for carriers, cabs, and MMI, as well as work variant configuration. Daily tasks include carrier mechanical design, modularity, machine interfaces, and ensuring quality and synergies for our global carrier platform. Beyond these responsibilities, your mission includes mentoring and developing your team members, continually improving work efficiency, and fostering collaboration. We are on a transformative journey, expanding our R&D organization to be more global with product development across several sites. You will be a key driver in this transformation. Your Role in the Management Team An important aspect of your role is being a member of the R&D Drilling management team. We value diversity and the introduction of new perspectives and experiences. As a global organization with colleagues in Sweden, India, and China, proficiency in verbal and written English is a requirement for this role. Location and travel Location for this position is Örebro, Sweden. Occasional global travel is expected.
