About the Role
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will work within the Data Privacy Risk Reduction Program (DPRRP), a strategic initiative launched in 2022 to enhance compliance and strengthen the organization’s data privacy capabilities.
This role is tied to the Individual Rights Workstream and involves driving projects within the data privacy area, aiming to create sustainable solutions that transition into Business As Usual (BAU).
You will:
- Plan and execute projects according to timelines and budget.
- Take ownership of the project’s objectives, scope, resources, budget, quality, and risks.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional teams to achieve high-performing deliveries and foster collaboration.
- Address obstacles, escalations, and risks while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Inspire others to grow and develop through a solution-focused and engaging leadership style.

Your Background
Must-Haves:
- At least 8 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior position.
- Certification in traditional project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Solid experience with traditional/waterfall project management.
- A master’s degree from a university.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and certification in agile project management is a plus.
- Previous experience in the finance or IT industry.
- Strong merit for experience in data privacy (GDPR) or security.
- Experience working within program structures.
- A background as an IT/Business Analyst, architect, or developer is a valuable asset.
