Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Manage and develop mobile platforms using various Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to align technical solutions with organizational needs.
• Implement, operate, and troubleshoot MDM platforms, ensuring reliable performance and user satisfaction.
• Oversee the management of mobile applications, from ordering and requirements gathering to commissioning and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and manage certificates on mobile devices and their associated applications.

What you bring:

• Swedish citizenship.
• University/college degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• General knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in the architecture, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of various MDM platforms.
• Knowledge and experience with Citrix Netscaler for network management.
• Proven experience in the lifecycle management of mobile applications, including requirements, reviews, and commissioning.
• Ability to implement, operate, and troubleshoot certificates on mobile devices and applications.
