Join us as a Global Business Manager (GBM) and take the lead in shaping the future of URE equipment marketing and sales. This role focuses on creating profitable growth while ensuring efficient management of working capital and building strong connections across our global network. This role offers an excellent stepping stone for future leadership positions within Epiroc, including Business Line Manager, General Manager or Vice President Marketing. Your Mission As the leader of the Global Business Team, you and your team will be the main contacts for Customer Centers in operational and strategic business related matters. You will have the ulitimate mission of securing consistent profitable growth for the underground division while keeping good control of working capital.  To succed with this your team will spearhead the development of market strategies together with Customer Centers, craft win plans for strategic opportunities and market introduction plans for new products and solutions, identify global and regional training needs and provide key business insights to product development, marketing communications and acquisition initiatives. You will be monitoring competitors and market trends, analyzing market shares, making sure that global and regional business KPIs are trending in the right direction as per divisional targets and take action if not. You and your team will also be leading Business Performance Reviews with Customer Centers. Your team will also play a pivotal role in managing the Order to Delivery process from a marketing perspective.Your responsibilities will include forecasting, supporting Customer Centers with information and updates on pricing and delivery plus managing export of machines. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of strategic thinking, business expertise, and collaborative leadership.  The ideal candidate would have: * Extensive experience in people management and a track record of leading and inspiring international teams * Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies that drive growth and innovation * A customer centric attitude, a drive for continuous improvement and good change management skills * Extensive experience in business management, preferably within a global context * Broad knowledge of the Underground portfolios, business processes and practises * Good knowledge of customer applications and what value Epiroc Underground Solutions can bring them * Strong understanding of global markets and cultural diversity * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Advanced English skills * An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Location and travels This role is located in Örebro (Sweden) and involves extensive local and international travel.
