Your mission As a Regional Product Specialist, you’ll bring your knowledge to make sure new technologies are smoothly implemented, improve our services, and support both our internal teams and customers. You'll be leading the way by promoting safety, encouraging teamwork, and helping to enhance Epiroc’s services across the region. In this role, your main tasks include to: * Promote safety in everything you do, whether working with customers, colleagues, or other stakeholders. * Drive product development, working closely with production teams and customers to ensure products are safe and reliable. * Deliver technical training both internally and externally, making sure technicians and customers have the knowledge they need to succeed. * Support the rollout of new technology, ensuring it integrates smoothly into operations. * Monitor fleet performance and use data insights to keep improving our products and services. * Collaborate with service teams and central support, resolving complex technical challenges. * Act as the main contact for technical issues, supporting customized engineered solutions. Your profile We are looking for someone who brings: * Technical expertise in drilling equipment: You have extensive experience in drilling or tunneling equipment. * Educational and training experience: Proven skills in conducting technical training and knowledge transfer. * Languages: Proficiency in English is required. * Collaboration & ownership: You enjoy working in a diverse team, promoting collaboration and thrive in a role where you can share your expertise with others. Your ability to collaborate across different functions and your focus on continuous improvement will be critical to your success in this position. * Problem-solving mindset: You can navigate complex technical challenges and find solutions effectively. * Communication: You are a skilled communicator with a deep technical understanding of products and services. Location and travel This role is based in one of our Swedish Epiroc offices, including Örebro, Stockholm or Skellefteå. Extensive travel within the Nordics & Baltics region will be required.
