About Us:
We are a dynamic team of Business Analysts, Architects, and Service Managers dedicated to upholding the integrity of our services and recommending the best IT solutions to meet Scania's needs in the Order Management and Outbound area. Our responsibilities include creating and maintaining the Target and Reference views of the architecture within our domain, ensuring we move the IT landscape towards our set architectural direction. We pride ourselves on being a diverse team with varied backgrounds and experiences, working together in an open and collaborative atmosphere.
Your Role:
As a Solution Architect, you will:
- Work primarily within the Order Management and Outbound domain, recommending suitable IT solutions that align with the product development process.
- Understand the current architecture of our existing landscape and contribute to the development of the reference architecture.
- Support our product teams in their journey towards the reference architecture.
- Facilitate the reuse of ideas, applications, components, and proven patterns within stakeholders and across the enterprise by collaborating with other architects.
- Work cross-functionally with other roles and departments to drive the overall architecture forward, together with the rest of the architect community and the product teams within the department.
What You Bring:
- An agile mindset and experience working closely with development and business teams.
- The ability to switch between overview and details based on the context.
- Experience in a strategic role, architecting technical solutions in a complex IT landscape.
- Expertise in cloud implementation and data-driven transformation (integration technologies and streaming).
- Modelling experience and the ability to develop different views at various levels (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. It’s an advantage if you can communicate in Swedish as well.
- A background in the Manufacturing industry with knowledge of industry standards such as ISA95, MESA Model, and SCOR, and experience in Industry 4.0 implementations is a plus.
