We are looking for a full-time resource that will elevate Technology’s way of working with Non-Functional Requirements (a.k.a. Quality Attributes).

About our team
Meet the Non-Functional Requirements team. We add value by securing that services have purposely defined service quality characteristics.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
* Coaching business and IT stakeholders on Non-Functional Requirements, IT operations and service quality,
* Guiding stakeholders to benefit from use of common defined requirements and increase adoption of Nordea’s Requirements Catalogue across the bank,
* Gathering insight from Stakeholders to develop and improve our practices,
* Gathering insight from Stakeholders to increase richness and re-use of non-functional requirements in Nordea’s Requirements Catalogue.
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you:
* Have experienced both good and bad services and learnt why service quality is essential to factor in from the start,
* Possess strong people and stakeholder management skills,
* Are well experienced in communicating technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences,
* Are a team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills,
* Can work independently, conduct analysis and assessments,
* Actively share your knowledge and experience to enable initiatives to be successful, receiving line organisations to be satisfied and to strengthen our team’s performance and skills,
* Are solution oriented and delivering measurable value,
* Have excellent analytical skills, flexible and proactive mindset and can-do attitude,
* Enjoy working in an international environment.
Your background and skills include:
* University degree in business administration, technology or similar,
* Written and spoken English on a superior level is required, Nordic language is a plus,
* Minimum 5 years working experience in IT and with more than 3 years practical experience working with requirements,
* Broad knowledge of IT operations, IT best practices and industry trends,
* You have demonstrated experience in facilitating discussions at all levels of seniority.
It would be ideal if you also:
* Are proficient in ITIL and SAFe methodologies, preferably with Requirement Management,
* Have experience from working in agile teams and knowledge of JIRA & Confluence,
* Have experience from practically operating IT services.
