What you'll do here as Market Analyst As a Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the Global Marketing Team, working in close collaboration with the Director Global Marketing and the Market Insights. In this role, you will contribute to providing valuable insights, measuring campaign and asset effectiveness, and optimizing marketing strategies, all while deepening your understanding of our two-tiered model and the marketing landscape in a highly dynamic environment. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing campaign and asset performance using metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement and ROI * You will help the teams develop a data driven culture and processes to support it. As part of this you will develop, implement and monitor a KPI framework * You will collaborate closely with stakeholders within the marketing function and finance to understand business needs, drive process improvements, and actively monitor marketing performance Who are we looking for/who are you? We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst. You thrive on analytical challenges and enjoy working with data visualization tools as well as Excel. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the interplay between data, marketing strategies, and business goals. As a person, you are curious, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for storytelling. You bring creativity and a collaborative spirit, fostering enthusiasm and a sense of togetherness in the teams you work with. You are proactive and self-motivated, thriving in an environment where you can plan your own activities, drive initiatives, and take responsibility for delivering results. We love for you to have/are: * Bachelors degree in business administrator or equivalent * 3-5 years related marketing analyst experience, preferably from working in an international environment * Excellent knowledge in relevant tools, Looker Studio, Qlik, Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint * Fluency in English It is meriting, but not a requirement if you also have: * Masters degree in relevant area: marketing, finance * B2B experience * Experience from working with resellers/partners The position is located in our HQ in Lund. The role includes approximately 3-5 travel days per year and you will be reporting to the Director Global Marketing.
