Job Description
Join Galderma as a Reliability Engineer! Are you a driven professional with a passion for engineering innovation? At Galderma, we're looking for a Reliability Engineer to support our engineering operations and ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our products and processes. You'll work across multiple engineering domains, playing a critical role in implementing and improving engineering plans, processes, and programs. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to meet high standards of quality and efficiency, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement engineering plans and programs to support operational activities and enhance efficiency.
* Manage engineering tasks across multiple areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Modify and improve existing products/processes, and develop robust test procedures.
* Execute engineering policies for developing new products and oversee associated operations.
* Analyze technology trends and contribute to deploying innovative solutions while maintaining quality, cost, and performance standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products and processes.
* Participate in field-testing activities, ensuring reliability and adherence to industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience/qualification.
* 2-5 years of experience in engineering operations, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
* Proficiency in implementing and improving engineering processes and policies.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from prior experience.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
