Job Title: Calibration Planner/Engineer
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)
Job Description
We are looking for a Calibration Planner/Engineer to join our Reliability and Maintenance team. You will be involved in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment through effective calibration and maintenance practices. This role offers the opportunity to apply your engineering expertise, work independently with moderate supervision, and collaborate across teams to support Galderma's operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage calibration plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
* Track and analyse equipment failure data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
* Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve equipment reliability issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability practices into organizational processes.
* Administer and review engineering processes for the development and enhancement of products and systems.
* Ensure successful deployment of engineering plans, maintaining standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, safety, and reliability.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation to align with cGxP, internal policies, and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Some experience in calibration, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
* Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
* Proven ability to work independently and apply practical knowledge to solve complex problems.
* Strong analytical skills for identifying patterns, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing solutions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
