Job Title: QA Specialist - Product Quality Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite) Job Description Are you an experienced QA Specialist ready to make an impact? At Galderma, you'll play a key role in ensuring the release of high-quality medical devices and pharmaceuticals. This position involves overseeing compliance, managing quality processes, and driving continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with GMP standards, ISO regulations, and internal quality policies. * Review and approve documents, including investigations, deviations, CAPA, EC, and CC. * Release products in accordance with regulatory standards. * Continuously improve quality assurance processes, contributing to system efficiency and compliance. * Collaborate cross-functionally to provide quality guidance and influence quality culture. * Manage projects and support process design and improvement initiatives. * Provide training and mentoring to colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the life sciences industry. * Some years of experience in GMP environments and QA roles. * Advanced knowledge of GMP (EudraLex, QSR 21 CFR 210/211 and other relevant standards). * Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. * Proven ability to manage complex projects and implement process improvements. * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and compliance.
