Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PLM Application Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and define PLM requirements.
  • Lead detailed assessments and workshops to gather comprehensive requirements and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Develop and propose tailored PLM solutions aligned with industry best practices and customer goals.
  • Create detailed solution requirements and design documentation, ensuring feasibility and scalability in collaboration with the customer’s PLM team.
  • Drive issue resolution in complex IT and business environments.
  • Advocate for IT commonality to enable unified data and streamlined processes.
  • Define and implement strategies supporting Industry 4.0 and Digital Operations initiatives.
  • Proactively manage project scope changes and devise effective contingency plans.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing complex IT solutions in global organizations.
  • Broad understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and Production Planning (PP) application functionalities.
  • Solid background in IT, R&D, or manufacturing-related business roles.
  • A degree in Engineering or IT (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems and sophisticated IT solutions, with a deep understanding of End-to-End data model flow and the critical role of Master Data.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams across functions.
  • Strong conceptual thinking to address ambiguous problems and drive transformative change.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to new concepts, and the ability to work effectively across diverse project teams.
