Your role We are looking for experienced Contract/Customer Responsible's to manage our Support Contracts. Our products, in the underwater domain, are technically complex and our customers are located in Sweden and world-wide. We provide support to our customers through our product's operational life as well as evolving our service offers. You will be responsible for the successful performance of Contracts and Customer Relations within Customer Support in Business Unit Underwater Systems. You will lead project managers and product engineers within Customer Support as well as teams from other parts of our organisation to manage the contracts. You will also participate in our bid processes and support Market and Sales. You will report to the head of Customer Support and the Contract Owners. BU Underwater Systems design, develop and build the coolest unmanned underwater systems on the planet. Always with the mindset of keeping people and society (and seas) safe. We offer remotely operated and autonomous vehicles as well as torpedoes and underwater sensors across a global customer base - both for defence and the commercial market. We strive to facilitate and optimise maritime operations - no matter the situation. Business Unit Underwater Systems is a part of Business Area Kockums. Your profile We are looking for someone with experiences in leading roles within Contract and Project Management. As a leader, you are confident in your role, you have a strong business acumen and understand the importance of customer support business to enable our customers continued operation of the products we have provided. You are focusing on achieving results through team effort. We put great emphasis on personal characteristics; you are engaged, driven and you have the ability to motivate and enthuse your team and your colleagues. Your leadership style is highly communicative, collaborative, inclusive and promotes an open, trustful and encouraging work environment. You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner, both verbally and in writing. It is a valuable if you have experiences from after sales and customer support, military operations and maritime installations. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
