You will be part of our Business Solutions team within Epiroc’s Tools division. Your mission
In this role, you will be a part of a team developing best practices and working methods within the Tools division’s global factory footprint. By staying up-to-date on new technologies and industry best practices, you will continuously improve our book of rules, ensuring consistency and adherence to established best practices, streamlining processes, and increasing efficiency. Your expertise will provide guidance and technical support to enhance business processes, analyzing gaps and constantly improving solutions to meet evolving needs.
Your main tasks will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understanding business goals and objectives
Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
Designing comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Being involved in the implementation of the solutions, including change management activities and knowledge sharing, to ensure smooth transitions and effective delivery
Your profile
To excel in this role, you should bring strong divisional business and process understanding to identify improvement opportunities and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your collaboration skills will enable you to engage effectively with various teams, and your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will support the development of impactful solutions for internal best practices.
Experience in system configuration and integration in both small and enterprise-scale implementations is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems — preferably Infor M3 — as well as knowledge in areas such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), planning and scheduling, purchasing, and internal logistics would be a plus.
Location and travel
This is a global position with preferred location in Fagersta (Sweden). Travel is required.
