Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Analyze and improve application management in existing environments, ensuring seamless packaging, handling, and distribution across physical clients, Citrix, and new VDI solutions.
• Redefine application packaging processes to simplify uninstalls and streamline installation during computer setups.
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for the IT Workplace in approving and reviewing new applications.
• Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately ten members, primarily based in Borlänge and Gothenburg, through physical and virtual meetings.
• Manage stakeholder communication with administrators, application owners, and other business units to balance diverse requirements across the organization.
• Ensure the project aligns with the Swedish Transport Administration’s XLPM project management model.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in project management, with expertise in implementing projects within budget, resources, and timelines.
• Certification or training in the XLPM project management model (Requirement 1).
• Hands-on experience with SCCM environments managing a large number of users and applications at a major authority or large organization (Requirement 2).
• Practical knowledge of working in a Business Process Management platform (Requirement 3).
• Proficiency in Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, documentation expertise, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions.
