Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead sub-projects within antenna development, managing customer dialogue, requirement fulfillment, time planning, budget, and resource allocation.
• Write and present technical documents such as procedures, specifications, reports, and presentations in both Swedish and English.
• Design and construct RF components, focusing on antenna development.
• Analyze and measure antenna performance, including antenna diagrams and S-parameters.
• Conduct RF testing and evaluations to ensure optimal antenna performance.
• Participate in customer meetings, providing technical insights and project updates.

What you bring:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in RF design and object management.
• Strong background in RF analysis and testing, with a preference for experience in antenna-related projects.
• A goal-oriented, solution-focused mindset with strong curiosity, drive, and courage.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and Swedish.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Matlab and MS Office.
• Familiarity with software tools like CST, HFSS, ADS, FEKO, Grasp, or Spark3D.
• A passion for technology, with a particular interest in RF and space-related fields.

Meritorious:

• Experience in antenna construction.
• Knowledge of PIM, Multipaction, ESD, and EMC.
