Electrical Automation Engineer
Job Description:
The Electrical Automation Engineer will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical and automation systems, specifically for the automation of lithium battery production lines.
This is a hands-on technical role, requiring expertise in electrical systems, PLC programming, and automation troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

System Design Programming:
Develop electrical schematics, and design automation systems for lithium battery production lines.
Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems for process automation.

Commissioning Testing:
Lead the commissioning of automation systems, including the testing of control loops, field devices, and system integration to ensure proper functionality.

Troubleshooting Optimization:
Perform troubleshooting on electrical systems, including PLCs, drives, and sensors.
Optimize automation processes for higher efficiency and uptime.

Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, and other team members to ensure that system designs meet project requirements and customer expectations.

Documentation Reporting:
Maintain technical documentation, including system manuals, test reports, and commissioning reports.
Provide regular updates on project progress to the project manager.

Training:
Provide training to operators and technicians on the use of automation systems and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
- College degree, or other relevant technical education in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical automation, preferably in industries like lithium battery production, manufacturing automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial automation protocols (e.g., Profibus, EtherCAT, Modbus).
- Experience with electrical design, wiring diagrams, and control systems integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and automation systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols for automation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Good command of English.
Knowledge of Swedish or Mandarin is a plus.
