ProCori was founded 2014 by passionate people, eager to deliver innovative solutions and services, based on market leading platforms, designed for service delivery, in a cloud based environment. We operate from several locations Sweden and became a part of Devoteam earlier this year. Today we are 33 business and technical consultants in addition to sales and financial management together with administrative functions.
We have recruited some of the smartest Professional Services Consultants within the Service Management industry as well as Business Developer with 5 - 20 years’ experience from the IT Industry. Process and Solution Architect Service Management
You will join teams of Process and Implementation Consultants that deliver software configuration and development aspects through the full life cycle of client solutions on the ServiceNow cloud-based platform. They use their experience delivering enterprise technology projects and their passion for client success to assist the ProCori and client team to exceed project goals. Our clients are mainly the largest companies in Sweden and northern Europe.
Responsibilities
Participate in all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
§ Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
§ Assist with technical challenges across multiple complex projects simultaneously
§ Configuration and customization of SaaS solutions
§ Prepare all client facing and internal technical deliverables
§ Establish implementation best practices and service offerings based on project experiences
§ Drive continuous improvements and be advisor
§ Provide ITIL process knowledge and advisory.
§ Act at the solution arhcitect towards our customers and be responsible for the overall solution implemented
§ Provide business support advisory in conjuction with Service Management best practice.
§ Act as the “glue” between customers demand organisation and understand the pro´s/cons with the overall solution architecture both from a process and technical aspects.
§ Prepare and articulate the overall solution architecture from both a process and technical aspect.
§ Be able to understand the overall business and value impact for the customer of the proposed solution.
§ Participate in all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:

- Configuration of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Prepare all client facing and internal technical deliverables
§ Establish implementation best practices and service offerings based on project experiences
§ Drive continuous improvements and be advisor
§ Be the overall lead and key responsible for training solutions provided
§ Responsible for overall training both external and internal.
§ Responible for training strategy olutions and services packaging towards the market
§ Conduct both process and technical trainings
Experience Required
§ ITSM tool experience
§ 5+ years of experience as a technical resource on delivery engagements in client environments
§ Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
§ Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc.
§ Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
§ Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
§ Must be a team player and some travel will be required, primarily in the Nordics
§ ITIL Certified
