In this role, you'll report to our VP Marketing & Digital Excellence and be part of his management team, where you'll help steer our IT & digitalization strategy into the future. Your mission? To lead and further develop our IT and digitalization department to meet today's needs and tomorrow's opportunities. The role includes managing a wide range of operational and strategic processes, fostering collaboration between IT and other departments within the group and external stakeholders. Other focus areas include: Strategize and Execute: Maintain and refine the IT and digitalization strategy for the entire Cibes Lift Group, while monitoring its progress. Balancing Strategy and Operations: Navigate long-term strategic goals alongside day-to-day operational needs. Adaptable Leadership: Align the department's work and priorities with the organization's needs, while simplifying complex IT matters for leadership meetings. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a vital link between various departments within Cibes and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Security Focus: Lead efforts to protect the Cibes Lift Group from unauthorized breaches, ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures across the group. Project Leadership: Act as a project leader on key initiatives. Suppliers: Manage supplier relations and be responsible for the procurements. Operational Oversight: Take full responsibility for the budget, operations, and personnel of the IT organization. With a team of 16 employees across five departments, your role will be to coach, inspire, and ensure the teams has the resources and skills needed to support the company's growth and transformation. Four of them are Domain Managers with responsibility for their own domain areas and teams, and they'll report to you and are part of your management team. Since most of the team is based in Gävle, we'd like you to spend at least three days a week at the office there to collaborate effectively and be part of the team spirit. In collaboration with our supplier, we have a full AI roadmap created this year to see how AI can contribute to our development going forward. Knowledge of AI is a definite advantage, but a passion for learning is even more important to us. Who You Are We're looking for someone who's got both heart and brains - a relationship-builder who also knows their tech. Here's what we think will help you succeed: * A strong technical background (you don't need to code, but you should understand IT and digital solutions). * A higher education in IT or a related field. * Understand the interplay between technology and business needs, with a proven track record in leading change processes and project management. * Experienced in developing IT and digitalization processes, with expertise in agile methodologies. * Handling supplier relationships and procurements. * Proven experience leading IT and digitalization work in a larger organization.
