Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst / Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Manage and troubleshoot incidents and cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct system and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the platform’s functionality.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of the platform and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and system performance.

What you bring:

• Experience in incident and problem management, with a focus on ensuring operational continuity.
• Knowledge and experience in testing and quality assurance; experience with automated testing is a plus.
• Solid experience in IT development and maintenance of complex systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Personal qualities: driven, positive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
