About this opportunity
Welcome to the Service Domain Fraud Technology. We are part of the Service Area Financial Crime Technology. We are a fairly large team with a mix of people from different backgrounds and with different skills, with one thing in common; to excel in providing tools, applications and IT-development to prevent the bank and our customer to fall victim of fraud. We aim to deliver world class services and we do that in tight collaboration with our stakeholders and business owners. We are now looking for an experienced project leader to work with several teams in our agile release train.
What you will be doing:
* Establish self-driven, self-organized and sustainable teams
* Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the team
* Focus on empowerment, flow of value and continuous improvement on team and train level using transparent metrics
* Inspire, motivate and coach team members about Agile mindset and ways of working
* Create communication paths and patterns for the team to work with stakeholders
* Act as a role model by contributing to an atmosphere of confidence and trust and motivate to reach set targets
* Cooperate with PO, RTE, project architect, application management and other stakeholders towards timely delivery of established targets

You are dependable, willing to speak up – even when difficulty arise – and committed to empowering others. You should either be experienced in the banking domain or have a willingness to learn. It is key that you are interested to build both technical and functional understanding within the fraud domain to gain a solid understanding of the business domain as well as data and systems.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* Previous experience working in project leader role, preferably on large projects and working closely with development teams and application management
* Expertise within Agile frameworks, DevOps and Lean principles, understanding the mindset and the why
* Focus on delivering value, a customer-centric mindset and a keen interest in Financial Crime
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaborative skills
* Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and quality driven mindset
* Experience in team building and team development, knowledge and tools to support teams to grow
